Qatar

Qatari citizens may apply for government scholarships via Scholarship Student Portal on the website of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE). Tap here to apply.

Requirements for scholarship: 

• The student must be a Qatari citizen.

• Ensure that the university abroad is included in the lists of MOEHE to issue prior approval

• Each scholarship contains some of its own conditions that are mentioned under each grant based on the laws of the country and the granting university.

United Arab Emirates

MoE provides scholarships to UAE nationals for graduate and undergraduate programmes to study abroad in one of the recognised universities as specified by the ministry provided the applicant.

Requirements:

  • Is a UAE citizen
  • Has good conduct
  • Has secured in the previous qualification an average of very good as per the set standards
  • Has the required score in the language proficiency examination set by the respective college/university.

Kuwait

The scholarship is an annual study seats allocated by Countries for Kuwaiti students who obtain a high school certificate or its equivalent, and the seats provided by the State of Kuwait to non-Kuwaiti students in implementation of cultural agreements with the State of Kuwait according to the assistance programs and foreign relations to obtain degrees.

Requirements:

  • Kuwaiti citizen
  • Unemployed 
  • Holds a high school certificate or it’s equivalent 
  • Applicant should not have obtained a university degree or its equivalent

Saudi Arabia

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques scholarship program includes four paths, with the aim of raising the efficiency of the capital and achieving sustainable development.

Paths:

  • Amdad
  • Al Rowad
  • Al bahth wa al tatweer
  • Waed

Requirements:

  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.
  •  The applicant must be of good conduct and conduct.
  • The applicant must have acceptance from one of the educational institutions specified in accordance with the conditions of each track.
  • The specialization to be studied must be within the specializations specified for the year of application for scholarships in accordance with the conditions of each track.

Oman

A major aim of the Oman Government is to ensure that students take programs in areas relevant to the Sultanate’s job market. One way to reach this objective is by offering internal and external scholarships that enable students to pursue higher studies in certain specializations.

Requirements:

  • A copy of the passport
  •  A copy of the transcript
  • A copy of the identity card
  • A copy of the bank account number
  • A copy of the placement test certificate (if available) 
  •  A personal photo, which should be in (JPG or JPEG) format and should not exceed 1MB
