Questionnaire

You receive a questionnaire and fill it in within 1−2 working days. This is where an advisor identifies your background, strengths, weaknesses, and goals.

Match with an advisor

Within 7 working days after submitting the questionnaire, a manager matches you with an advisor.

First consultation

First meeting with your advisor in G-Meet. This consultation is to discuss your goals, preferences, and opportunities and to set up the framework for you future work with an advisor.

Program list

During the meeting, an advisor presents the list of programs selected individually for you.

You can reasonably ask to remove some of the options that you don’t like. In this case, an advisor has to make a new list within 5 working days.

Then, you choose 5 programs and 3 scholarships and proceed to the application preparation with your advisor.

Supporting documents

Each academic program has different requirements. An advisor helps you format your CV and 2−3 recommendation letters.

You write a letter of motivation by yourself but an advisor gives you a template and asks specific questions in order to reveal your strengths, potential, and motivation. Then, an advisor proof- reads the final version of your letter and edits if necessary.

This takes from 3 to 5 weeks.

Application submission

An advisor submits your application or you submit it under his/ her guidance. Univibes doesn’t pay an application fee (if applicable).

*If you apply for Art programs, where the application process involves audition (singing, dancing, etc.), Univibes guarantee is not applicable.

Visa process / Accommodation

After you receive a university offer, our manager searches for up to 10 accommodation options in the city/country of your study destination. A manager helps you sign a contract with a landlord and gather all necessary documents.

After you receive a university offer, our manager guides you through the whole visa application process, helps you gather all necessary documents, and book an appointment at the Consulate.
