Language requirements (China)
There are both Chinese- and English-taught programs. Programs in International Relations and Business are mostly taught in English.
If you plan to study in Chinese, you must take a Chinese proficiency test – HSK 4 (Bachelor’s program) and HSK 5/6 for Master’s programs.

Student visa procedures (China)
Foreign students in China must obtain the X1 or X2 visa. You can apply for a visa only after you’ve been accepted to a university.
X1 visas are issued to foreign students who will stay in China for 180 or more days. Students who are staying in hChina for less than 180 days must apply for the X2 visa.

University application deadlines
Application deadlines depend on the university and program. The most common deadline is February to June. The deadline for grants and scholarships is usually in April.
We highly recommend start preparations 12-18 months before the deadlines.
